What this site collects
pethealthcloud.com is a static informational site. It has no accounts, no forms and no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and to keep the site running. We do not sell or share those logs. A Google Search Console verification tag is present so we can see how the site appears in search; it does not track visitors.
Where pet and account data lives
Pet health records, accounts, and anything you type into a product are held by the individual services, each with its own policy:
- Personal Pet Network Privacy Policy (records, AI vet, PetXRays, telehealth)
- SearchPetVets Privacy Policy (vet search, listings, reviews, appointment requests, charity program)
Those services never sell pet health records. Sharing a record with a veterinarian happens only when the owner chooses to share it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
